                                                                Bollywood Fitness Fusion
                                                                (High Impact)

Come to this class for fitness fun!!  Bollyrobics combines some of those popular dance styles, like salsa, belly dance, and hip hop, with a foundation in Indian styles popularized through Bollywood movies.  The moves are mainly inspired by a fusion of Bollywood-style dancing and other popular International dances.  Like Zumba,  Bollyrobics uses dance steps at a basic level then builds up to more demanding and interesting combinations as everyone gets accustomed to the steps. The main emphasis though is fun! Having fun and dancing to great music and burning lots of calories at the same time. This class is designed for people of all ages who love to stay physically active.
